On Tuesday, Jan. 20 at St. George’s Cathedral in Jerusalem, the Rev. Canon John Peterson received the first-ever St. George’s Cross Award, presented by Archbishop Hosam Naoum.
We give thanks for John’s faithful legacy in the Diocese of Jerusalem, the Anglican Communion, and among Christians in the Holy Land. The celebration included Evensong and dinner at the Cathedral, along with recognitions at St. George’s College and the Princess Basma Center.
